2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect information, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Inside Qatar: Orders are shipped within 24 hours.

  • Middle East: Delivery takes 3–4 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Customers must report any defect within 24 hours of receiving the product with proof (photos/videos).

5. Privacy & Security

  • Your personal information is protected and only used for order processing and delivery (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Sasa Lenses is not responsible for misuse of lenses, discomfort, or any eye-related issues caused by incorrect handling or use. Customers are advised to follow proper hygiene and usage instructions.
